Wolf and Human - Searching for Traces in Brandenburg

The special exhibition was on display in the BARNIM PANORAMA from 28th of September 2015 until 31st of March 2016.

To this day, locations in Brandenburg such as Wolfshagen, Wolfshain, Wolfslake, Wolfsbruch, or Wolfsschlucht tell the tale of a creature which has only been a rare guest in our country over the past two centuries. Now that wolves have returned to Brandenburg, the state is dealing with the question of how wolves and humans can coexist. This traveling exhibition, developed by the Naturpark Niederlausitzer Heidelandschaft and the district of Elbe-Elster, is designed to show visitors the historical and current aspects of the relationship between humans and wolves in Brandenburg.

The special exhibition, with its comprehensive supporting program, offers a place for the public discourse on the topic.
